You can by in Cisterna d’Asti the famous grape mustard from Cisterna d’Asti. And much more … accompanied by the great Piedmont wines. Or you can taste the hundreds of typical dishes in the local restaurants and trattorias, or visit the many cellars of production of the most renowned wines of Piedmont. Take part to the dozens of village festivals, where you will find different typical local dishes, or in the events dedicated to wines and cuisine of the Asti region. Or, you can go horse riding in the stables, which are about 5 km away, playing tennis on the municipal courts of Cortanze, about 6 km away, either you can play golf at the Golf Feudo of Asti about 13 km away. You can go trekking in the woods in the Park of Valle Botto and Andona, which are just 9 km from Villaggio del sole or visit the ancient Romanesque church of San Secondo just 1.5 km away. You can visit the Cave Houses of Mombarone just 13.7 km away or the medieval Castle of Cortanze and many other typical castles of the Asti Monferrato region.
