Local products such as goat cheese, Piedmont wines, raw salami, preserves and jams; all fruits of our land and of the farms around, together with the products of our more than organic garden grown for self-consumption and available for guests in the summer. You can taste these products also in special brunches offered to guests on Sundays; where some original ideas are mixed with typical Piedmont dishes and grandmother’s recipes. For example you can taste the sage leaves fried in batter, the ricotta and marsala mousse, the banana mashed with lemon, sugar and vanilla powder, the stuffed courgette flowers, the salad with juliette-cut raw zucchini from the Villaggio del sole and grape mustard from Cisterna d’Asti. And much more … accompanied by the great Piedmont wines. Or you can taste the hundreds of typical dishes in the local restaurants and trattorias, or visit the many cellars of production of the most renowned wines of Piedmont. Take part to the dozens of village festivals, where you will find different typical local dishes, or in the events dedicated to wines and cuisine of the Asti region.
