Retrò Camping: what is it?

The Retrò-camping is simply a real camping as it was once, before these crazy places called Glamping were created. Simple pitches among the trees of the forest and essential structures, lots of nature, but well organized, just like in the 70s! The campsite is 100% eco-friendly and settled in the forest on the southern side of the hill, it is zero impact, equipped with 27 pitches for tents, campers, caravans and wooden houses on wheels. Services block is well settled in the structure and has zero-impact. The renewable electricity supplied to the columns is produced with solar photovoltaic. The camping facilities are all temporary, placed on the ground without fixed foundations, they can be assembled at the beginning of the season and dismantled at the end, without any impact on the territory. The closest grocery stores are located in Montafia, about 5 km from the Villaggio, and in Monale, about 7 km. Taverns, restaurants and pizzerias are located in the surroundings less than 5 minutes by car. Ask at the reception for the list and book directly if you want to go out for dinner and try typical Piedmontese and Asti cuisine.

Non-commercial membership activity

The campsite is managed by AssoNatura Association, and is a Temporary Mobile Campsite, pursuant to the derogation provided for by the Piedmont Regional Law n. 54/1979 “Discipline of outdoor accommodation complexes”, art. 16 (exceptions and exclusions), paragraph 2. The use is reserved for members of the AssoNatura Association in good standing with the annual membership and the Temporary Mobile Camping activity takes place within the terms of the Law.
